Marcus Roddy
Marcus Roddy is an enforcement case worker with the Cuyahoga County Health and Human Services Office of Child Support Services agency as an enforcement case worker in 2015 in a pilot unit at the start of the county's shift towards a case banked/stratified work model. His work and contribution to this pilot project helped to shape the County's current case banking model. He currently works with the Early Intervention and Families on Track team that specializes in client engagement. In both areas the primary focus is client engagement with specific attention to addressing barriers to consistent/on-time support payments and seeking non-punitive resolutions that emphasizes the Agency's family support model. Marcus played an integral role in not only assembling the structure for client orientations but the daily workflow of case management as well case transfer. Mr. Roddy has participated in several focus groups geared toward finding new and better ways to address inconsistent support payments that are beneficial to helping non in-tact families through referral programs such as CEOGC, Catholic Charities, Fatherhood Initiative, and Ohio Means Jobs. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree in his hometown at Cleveland State University in 2011.
